Eligibility

Entry into this Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of France, Italy, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and the UK (the "Participating Countries") who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (hereinafter referred to as "Entrant/s"). Entrants must enter the Prize Draw in the Participating Country in which they are resident.

Entrants must have access to the Strava App (the "Strava App"), whether through the free service or a subscription service. The type of service used will not affect an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Prize Draw or their odds of winning.

The Challenge

The Challenge will be run through the Strava App and requires the Entrant to complete 30 kilometres between 14 September 2026 and 27 September 2026 through one or more of the eligible Strava activity types listed below, as required and recorded on the Strava App, under "Crush the 30K" (the "Challenge").

The eligible Strava activity types are: Run, Virtual Run, Trail run, Hike, Walk and Wheelchair.

Participation by completing more than 30 kilometres does not provide the Entrant with an extra entry in the Prize Draw.

Before taking part in the Challenge, it is strongly recommended that Entrants consult with your doctor or health care professional to confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to do so. In taking part in the Challenge, Entrants understand and agree that physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury, or in the worst case, death. By taking part in the Challenge, Entrants understand and agree that neither Strava nor the Promotion Company will be liable for any injury sustained in the course of the Challenge. Any Entrants who have any doubts as to their ability to participate in the Challenge are advised not to take part.

Receipt and/or redemption of a “badge” for the Challenge will not result in entry into the Prize Draw. Accessing the Strava App and/or entering the Prize Draw online via a mobile device may result in wireless internet access fees and/or other charges.

Once the registration process has been successfully completed, Entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw for the Participating Country they selected during the registration process as described above.

Any attempt to undermine the operation of the Strava App, including but not limited to any misrepresentation or deception of any kind as to whether an Entrant actually completed the Challenge, will result in disqualification from the Prize Draw and may affect the individual’s continued use of the Strava App, whether through the free service or a subscription service.

The first runner-up will be contacted in the same manner as described above and, if necessary, the process will be repeated until the prize is finally awarded to a runner-up.

Use of any automated system to submit entries is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

The Promotion Company may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Prize Draw or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Promotion Company representatives.

The prizes quoted are subject to availability and, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, or circumstances outside of the Promotion Company's reasonable control, the Promotion Company reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute any part of this Promotion Company competition and/or prize for an alternative arrangement of equal or greater value.

Failure by the Promotion Company to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

In the event of any discrepancy between the French and the translated versions of these Prize Draw Rules, the French version prevails.

If any term of these Prize Draw Rules shall be found to be void or contrary to law, such term shall be deemed to be severable from the other terms and provisions herein, and the remainder of the rules shall remain in effect.

These rules are governed by French law and, in principle, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to public policy provisions allowing the consumer to bring the matter before another court. In addition, the designation of French law by these rules does not deprive the consumer of his right to claim the application of the law of his State of residence which would be more protective than French law.
