I'm not a massive one for quotes... I'd like to same something intriguing and artsy like, "If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds worth of distance run, then yours is the earth and everything in it".... However, truth be told, the quotes I repeat most are those of my friend Keith like "Accept, Adapt, Overcome"!

Why Altra?
I love the shoes which merge performance with comfort unlike anything else. I have also loved working with the team - those working on the shoes, on the brand and the other athletes who are some of my closest friends!

The Mont Blanc Carbons or 'MBC's... fast, light, and have carried me to my best performances.

Road Cycling, Mountain Biking, Swimming, Walking.. and everything in between!

What are you passionate about?
I have to admit I'm passionate about running, the outdoors and sports above all. However outside of that world, I play the guitar and work on my goal to be fluent in Spanish! (Think I'm getting pretty close!)
