Robert Hajnal

Robert's starting point wasn't a predictable runner's beginning. It was during his time in the Romanian army that he developed a passion for running, one that accelerated quickly.
His high standards and drive were apparent almost immediately. Within a few years, he debuted in competitive running at a Skyrace.
The marker was set. Over the years, he has collected several accomplishments and achievements as he continues his committed to self-care and nutrition as a professional ultrarunner and running coach.
New goals continue to be set, from getting more sleep to hitting new PBs and completing a 200+ km ultra. Outside in nature, running is what he loves to do; it's not a chore, making his dedication to his training regimen effortless.
Robert's mindset is fine-tuned to recover from setbacks to achieve success. His greatest quality is a mental toughness that pushes him to the limits during competition. As a coach, he inspires others to pursue their physical goals and embrace their inner strength by exploring physical and mental limits through endurance sports.
And if there's time for anything else, you might find Robert absorbed in a triathlon, watching some track and field, reading books and exploring cultures through their foods and habits.
