You can track the status of your order at any time. Log into your account by using the email address used to place the order, and select the order to see more details. Alternatively, follow the links in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.
If you are based in the UK, we sometimes ship from our European warehouse. Due to customs processes, it typically takes 3-4 working days for your package to reach the carrier in the UK. During this time, you may see the status "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" or "With Sender" for a few days. Rest assured, the parcel is still on the way you'll receive live updates as soon as your order arrives in the UK. If you are not based in the UK, this status may show for a small period of time. The parcel will have been shipped but not yet scanned at the carrier's hub, so this will be a temporary status. We recommend signing up to any SMS alerts to get the latest live tracking updates.
We are sorry to hear that your new shiny new Altra shoes are taking longer than expected to arrive. If it's been more than a week since the expected delivery date and your tracking hasn't updated, you can get in touch with our Customer Care team who will be happy to help.

We’ve recently been upgrading our systems to deliver the best experience possible. As part of this, we’re temporarily unable to support delivery to a small number of locations with our current infrastructure, including some destinations we previously shipped to.
This currently affects the following locations: Albania, Andorra, Bulgaria, Croatia, Egypt, Estonia, Greece, Holy See (Vatican City), Hungary, Jersey, Jordan, Latvia, Lebanon, Lithuania, Montenegro, Norway, Oman, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia.
For customers in these regions, we recommend using our Store Locator to find an authorised local retailer.
If your order arrives with any damage to the packaging or products, or if something doesn’t match what you were expecting, please contact us and let us know straight away so we can assist you. As a reminder, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.
You can easily place an order following a few steps:
1. Search, choose and add to the Shopping Cart your favourite Altra products.
2. To complete your order, select your shipping and payment method.
3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail
After you have confirmed your order, you will receive an automatic generated e-mail confirmation from our Altra Online Store.
First check your spam filter. If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail, please contact us and our team will assist you.
Once your order has been placed, it can be cancelled within 30 minutes using the 'Cancel Order' button on either the 'order status' or account page. After 30 minutes you can no longer cancel your order, but if once delivered you wish to send an item back to us, you can do so free of charge. The legal age requirement for buying online is 18.

Must be placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday-Friday to be processed and shipped the same day. Overnight and express delivery arenot eligible for P.O. boxes. Please note that we do not ship overnight on weekends or holidays. Overnight orders placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m.ET will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders placed on either Friday after 1:00 pm ET, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses ship via USPS. All other deliveries ship via UPS or FedEx.
