PAYMENTS

We accept the following payment methods for purchases made on our Site.
Payment must be made in the currency as indicated on your Order before you submit it.
Your Products will be supplied after your payment is cleared.

To pay by credit or debit card, you must provide your card details when placing the order
When you place the order, we request authorisation from your card issuer to use the card for payment
The order is accepted (and products supplied) only after authorisation from the issuer
Funds are reserved but not charged until the purchase process is completed
Authorisations may remain pending for 3–7 days even if the order is cancelled
In such cases, no charge is made and the funds are eventually released

Card transactions are processed securely by Adyen Limited, which handles payment data in a protected and automated environment

To pay with PayPal, you must log in with your email address and password to confirm the payment
If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still use PayPal (up to 10 times) and will need to provide personal data and credit card details to complete the payment

We normally take payment when the order is confirmed for shipment
If you choose an alternative payment method with upfront payment, we charge at order confirmation
If the products you ordered are unavailable and you have already paid via an alternative payment method, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund
Alternative payment methods include Apple Pay and Google Pay
