We hope you are satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not completely happy or have simply changed your mind, we gladly accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Please refer to the instructions below for returning an online purchase.
The products must be new and unused, the tags still attached and the packaging need to be sent back intact and protected from damage while in transit. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on the original payment method used.

If you’re asked to print a label but don’t have access to a printer, please contact us and we’ll help.
Pack your return securely, preferably in the original packaging. Alternative packaging is fine, but we strongly encourage recycling where possible.
Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel, making sure any old shipping labels are removed or fully covered.
Drop off the package at the preferred selected location within the opening hours, where it will be scanned it ready to be picked up. You'll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number.
You'll be able to track your return right up until it has been fully processed.
Once the return has been received and processed at our warehouse, we’ll send you an email to confirm your refund has been processed. This can take 2-3 business days after we’ve received the returned item from the carrier. Your refund may take up to 14 days to show on your account, depending on the method of payment you used.
Currently we are unable to exchange, so we’d encourage you to place a new order. We hope to be able to offer this service soon.

Note: We recommend that you use the above procedure for your returns. Alternatively, you can send us a request to withdraw from your purchase by using the Model Cancellation Form set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Sale.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied with the products you received or have simply changed your mind about purchasing them after we have e-mailed you your order confirmation, you can return them within 30 (thirty) calendar days of delivery of the products and get a refund.
This is a right of withdrawal that you can exercise without penalty and without giving any reason. Please note that while the products remain in your possession you are responsible for keeping them safe, secure and in good condition. In case of returns for change of mind (right of withdrawal), you will be fully reimbursed apart from shipping costs for express delivery, if you had chosen this shipping method.
LEGAL GUARANTEE FOR FAULTY GOODS
In addition to the above, we recognize the statutory 2-year (or the longer period that may be set forth by your local law) guarantee for product faults. A product is "faulty" if received damaged or where a manufacturing or material fault occurs within 2 years (or the longer
period that may be set forth by your local law) from the purchase. Please note that Products damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty.
You can return faulty Products within 2 years of your receipt of the products and get a full refund, including any shipping costs, as applicable.

Must be placed by 1:00 PM ET Monday-Friday to be processed and shipped the same day. Overnight and express delivery arenot eligible for P.O. boxes. Please note that we do not ship overnight on weekends or holidays. Overnight orders placed on Friday before 1:00 p.m.ET will be delivered on Monday. Overnight orders placed on either Friday after 1:00 pm ET, Saturday, or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.
We ship orders on business days. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Holidays include: Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day.
Deliveries to PO Boxes and APO addresses ship via USPS. All other deliveries ship via UPS or FedEx.
